The Bartonfields Centre is situated in the heart of Derbyshire close to the nearby towns of Derby, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. It is 5 miles from the A50 which links to the M1, A38 and M6, with easy access to Derby, Nottingham, East Midlands Airport, Burton-on-Trent and Stoke-on-Trent.
We have a wide range of offices, workshops and storage units – all brick built premises with pitched tiled roofs and ample parking. Most of the office accommodation has exposed brick walls, open beams and carpets – including network and telephone points. All office units also benefit from gas central heating and/or storage heaters.
Mains electricity is connected to all units. Most units have a water supply connected and a small sink unit. There are shared toilets for the whole Centre in a custom built heated Toilet Block. Larger units have LPG gas fired central heating and some of the smaller units have storage heaters. A Broadband service is available – please contact your preferred ISP for details. All tenants are billed for utilities as services are not included in the lease.
